Sriracha Deviled Eggs

Eggs

2 Tbsp

Mayo

2 Tbsp

Sriracha

1/8 tsp

Dry mustard

1 pinch

Cayenne

1 pinch

Smoked paprika

Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring water to a boil and remove from heat. Let eggs stand in hot water for 15 minutes. Remove eggs from hot water, rinse with cool water, and peel. / Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place into a small bowl. Mash the yolks and stir in mayonnaise, sriracha, dry mustard, and cayenne until smooth. Season with salt. / Spoon yolk mixture into a plastic bag and clip off corner. / Place eggs on a serving platter and pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
