CHRISTMAS BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Slices of sourdough bread or any loaf bread, cubed

2 cups

Grated cheddar cheese

1 lb

Cooked sausage links, cut up

Eggs

3/4 tsp

Dry mustard

2 1/4 cup

Milk, plus 1/2 soup can

1 can

Mushroom soup

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 300 ̊F. / Place cubed bread in a buttered 9×13 casserole. Sprinkle cheese and sausage over bread. / Beat together 4 eggs, dry mustard, and milk. Pour egg mixture into casserole. / Cover and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, dilute 1 can of mushroom soup to 1⁄2 can of milk. / Pour over casserole. / Cover and bake 50-60 minutes.
